DENTSPLY’s Quarterly Prize Draw, gives DENTSPLY customers the chance to win £500 in DENTSPLY Rewards pounds.

The following terms and conditions apply:

• Entry to the prize draw will be by invitation only from DENTSPLY and participants must have a DENTSPLY Rewards account.  Please register here: www.dentsplyrewards.co.uk
• There is the chance to win one prize of £500 in DENTSPLY Rewards pounds per quarter (no cash alternative). The £500 DENTSPLY Rewards pounds will be automatically added to the winner’s DENTSPLY Rewards account, within 30 days.
• The winner of the draw will be chosen at random at the end of each quarter by DENTSPLY (1^st January – 31^st March, 1^st April – 30^th June, 1^st July – 30^th September, 1^st October – 31^st December 2013).
• The winner will be informed via email within 30 days of the last quarter.
• DENTSPLY reserves the right to change the amount of the prize at anytime.
• The £500 must be spent on DENTSPLY products via the DENTSPLY Rewards web site.
• Entries received after the specified closing date will not be included in the draw. Incomplete entries, entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible.  DENTSPLY will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by it for any reason, by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
