    The recent change in European directive states that "products containing concentrations if hydrogen peroxide higher than 0.1% and up to 6% will only be sold to dentists". DENTSPLY has realigned its product offereing to ensure that you only supply products in line with these regulations. You can be reassured that Illuminé complies with the European directive.

     

    Illuminé is a tray-based bleaching system. It has been designed for patients to have the first treatment applied by a dentist/hygienist/therapist and thereafter apply in the comfort of their own home over the course of approximately two weeks.

     

    A 6-9 shade change is possible using Illuminé, offering your patients predictability and performance. In addition, the product is supplied in an attractive, consumer-friendly washbag with simple, step-by-step application instructions.

     

    Illuminé is supplied at two concentrations of carbamide peroxide (a stable mixture of hydrogen peroxide and urea); 10% carbamide peroxide and 15% carbamide peroxide with fluoride. These two concentrations are roughly equivalent to 3.6% and 5.4% hydrogen peroxide, respectively. Find out how whitening works.
