The judges felt that Daniel tackled a very challenging case with advanced carious lesions requiring restorations exceptionally well.
The lesions were extensive in terms of size and number. The aesthetic outcome was excellent and the patient clearly benefitted from the experience. The case was well managed with good attention to detail. The use of rubber dam and stabilization phase with glass ionomer cement was also commended.
